Mainstage Creative Direction

The C2 Montréal mainstage is a modular, jewel-like structure where art meets design. Saturated colour and reflective materials animate the space through shifting light and texture. Manually reconfigurable components, including integrated seating, allow for varying session formats. Dual central screens and layered digital media introduce motion and depth: merging technology, scenography, and artistic performance.

Embody Wellness Lab Creative Direction & Programming

Embody is a lab space offering a diverse wellness program centered on embodiment—the practice of sensing, feeling, and moving with awareness, bringing the mind into the body and the body into the present moment. Sessions draw from psychology, somatics, breathwork, yoga, Pilates, dance, meditation, sound therapy, and biophilia—each designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen awareness, and expand creativity. Guided by master practitioners, these labs provided valuable tools to use beyond the mat.
